*A $100 surcharge applies for the week between Christmas &
New Years.
**To secure a reservation, a payment of $300 is required.
This also serves as a damage / security deposit during the
rental; which is fully refundable. The rental amount must
be paid in full 30 days before arrival. Once booked and a
deposit is received, a 100% refund (minus a $50 service fee)
can be obtained for cancellations requested up to 30 days
prior to arrival. An additional $150 fee will be charged for
all cancellations within 30 days of arrival in the event we
can not rent the unit. The security deposit (minus repair
costs for any damage) will be returned within 2 weeks after
we receive the unit keys back.
***Note, in the event we can not accommodate all of the dates
on your request, one might consider something that some of
our past guests have done. That was to stay in Charlotte Amalie
for a night or two – which also saves on travel back
and forth from town and Sapphire. You can get all that great
shopping done at one time as well as sample the various restaurants
without the need to drive. If this is a consideration, we
