Terms:
*A $100 surcharge applies for the week between Christmas and
New Years.
**Reservations require a $250 deposit. The balance (including
a $300 security deposit) must be paid in full 30 days before
arrival. Once booked and a deposit is received, a 100% refund
(minus a $50 service fee) can be obtained for cancellations
requested up to 30 days prior to arrival. An additional $150
fee will be charged for all cancellations within 30 days of
arrival. The security deposit (minus repair costs for any
damage) will be returned within 30 days of departure.
**Confirmations of receipt of the deposit and paid-in-full
balance are sent by e-mail or FAX. When making your reservation,
please provide the appropriate contact information in addition
to a telephone number.
Typical rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday). Rentals
for less than 1 week and for departures other than Saturday
may be accommodated upon request.
