“Lucy’s Jewel” (Unit 190) in the Dominica Building of Sapphire Village was recently redesigned. This refurbishment, completed in 2005, included a new bath, kitchen and all new furniture. “Everything is upscale and best quality.”

Our “Suite” at Sapphire Village, St. Thomas USVI is a fully furnished studio with separate sleeping and living areas. The unit includes a large bathroom with a huge ceramic and glass shower (we don’t take baths in the Caribbean). There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. The unit is very well appointed with a queen size bed and a love seat sofa sleeper.

Our condo is a top floor; end unit in the Dominica Building, which is just adjacent to and looks out over the Sapphire Beach Marina. Our patio provides an ideal spot to watch the boats and to gaze at the tranquil clear blue waters of the Caribbean. Our location provides the closest access to the marina and the beach (both within 100 yards walk) – great for beach goers, fisherman and divers alike.

*The Sapphire Village complex and buildings have recently undergone a multimillion dollar renovation. Major structural work including the addition of new building facades was completed in early 2007. Renovations to walkways are on-going, as are other beautification projects.
